The staff is amazing. They help, coordinate, and guide our team all the time. The process is very simple. Feels good to volunteer and help families in need.
I volunteer here regularly. I highly recommend it and commend the OC Food Bank for how efficient and organized it is. The volunteer coordinators are awesome. And they work with us to accommodate our group. For Community Action Partnership as a whole I wish there were more weekend vol. opportunities at the local locations via their volunteer hub. I once found an opportunity at a senior center helping with their food dist and they said they need but never get volunteers. I think it’s just that they aren’t on capoc’s vol hub and no one knows how to find them :(
We volunteer for Kaiser Permanente for packing food for older adults people and we feel good doing this and helping them . …
